The Trends For 2019
Today I’m rounding up some of the trends to expect in 2019. Every year I do a bit of closet cleaning in preparation for new season styles. By getting rid of all the clothes I don’t plan on ever wearing again because I did not like them and the ones that just don’t match my age and figure anymore. These are the 5 trends I am looking forward to wearing in 2019:
Roundup Of The Trends To Look Out For In 2019
A trend that I have been loving for quite sometime but have not got around to trying it out just yet. I plan on using them with my over-sized tops, jeans, jumpsuits and dresses.
They are like the new “little black dresses” and I think will soon become a wardrobe staple. It is not my favourite type of clothing because I am short but I can make an exception with the right pair of heels. They look classy and elegant and requires minimal effort.
The 60’s styles are back and I am looking forward to rocking some fun and colourful tie-dye prints during the summer months.
Give me a pair of sneakers and I’ll choose to wear it over a pair of heels any day. I’m a sneakers fan and I have noticed how popular they were in 2018. A trend that is well expected to be popular this year as well.
Although very difficult to style, I am low key excited to try some bright colours this year. It will be something new and definitely out of my comfort zone as I normally wear neutral and darker coloured clothing.
Another trend that is looking very promising to make a reappearance in 2019 is the biker shorts. Due to laziness I was not able to get my hands on these before the end of 2018 but I am hoping to do so soon.
That’s it for the roundup of trends that I am looking forward to seeing on fashion bloggers and also wearing myself, this year. What about you? Do you have a current favourite trend? Are you excited to wear any particular styles in the upcoming seasons?1
