Even if you are not a Blogger, there comes a time in life where you may feel stagnant. Admittedly I hate when this happens but Iβm glad I have found ways to overcome it. Most times the answers to a problem are closer than we think.
So I have put together a list of 5 simple things you can do to get out of that rut and start feeling good about yourself again. Here goes:
Things I Do To Stay Creative And Inspired:
Watch a movie
Usually when I am feeling down I find that watching a really nice movie makes me feel better.Β One of my favourite movies is The Pursuit of Happiness with Will Smith. If you have never seen it I totally recommend that you do.

Go for a walk
As simple as going for a walk is, it is quite therapeutic. Taking a stroll around the neighbourhood or to nearby parks are so refreshing. Sometimes we get so busy and caught up with life we forget to stop and smell the roses. Going for long walks while listening to my favourite playlist puts my mind at ease and puts me in a good mood. An alternative to this is going biking which is a bit more fun and a great workout at the same time.
Read a Book
Not the most exciting thing for me to do but doesnβt mean I donβt. As a matter of fact, I enjoy a good Romance, Thriller/Suspense or Educational book. Reading is one of the many ways in which we learn so most times I donβt really have a choice.

Great that I can help. Thank you!
Going for a walk is a great way to reset your mind β let some creativity flow in before you let it flow out in your latest project. I also watch a old Disney movie once a week to help me relax and not put too much pressure on myself. As a composer and writer, I find the Disney classics a wonderful inspiration π
It definitely is a great way to reset. Looking at a fun movie/tv show also helps a lot.
Great tips. Since I have a dog that needs to be walked regularly, I often take that option to clear my head and come back to the computer refreshed and ready to go!
Thatβs it Debra! Good way to go and thank you!
