Its officially the season of everything pumpkin and now that NY Fashion Week is over I have rounded up the best autumn trendy pieces under $100 to take you through the season. I deliberately waited until now to do this post so that I could also include some budget-friendly alternatives to what we saw on the runways. These are the best pieces to shop for fall.
From leopard and zebras and tigers to snakes. All of them are currently trending, with my favourite being the popular choice.
Perfect example is this leopard print midi skirt from And Other Stories that a lot of Fashion Bloggers are wearing. The colour makes it versatile and can be worn with anything. Even with a knit sweater for a simple casual look or blazer as a formal wear.
White boots and booties are easy to style and make your ensemble stand out. Although they are hard to maintain, they are really trendy.
Belt bags have been trending a while now and are not showing any signs of slowing down soon. You don’t need a designer bag to be in style as they are widely available for all.
Wearing a snake skin bag is a subtle way to incorporate the animal print trend with your outfit. Like this convertible one from Steve Madden.
Judging from the runways, the 80s style is back and Corduroy has made a come back after many years off the scene. As seen on this model from Nasty Gal, you can dress it up however you like because it can be worn on any occasion.
It would not be fall if knits are not included as one of the autumn trendy pieces. Like this green balloon sleeve knit sweater from Forever21, It can be worn with a pair of blue jeans for casual outings or dressed up with a pair of trousers to work.
Plaid & Check
Wear plaid in a new way, like this vintage-style button up dress from Missguided. Apart from check blazers and trousers, plaid clothing in general are general.
On the heels of bucket bags, box bags are in. A must-have accessory this season is the box bag as seen below from Free People.
Some other trends that might continue to be huge into 2019 are:
Tweed skirts and suits – great for office and business occasions
Leather – the famous leather jacket and leggings
Sequins and shiny material clothing – especially end of year
Oversized coat – timeless classics such as the trench coat
Statement head wear such as hats and beanies
Now that I have rounded up the top trends to look forward to this autumn, what is your favourite style?
