Going for a walk is a great way to reset your mind – let some creativity flow in before you let it flow out in your latest project. I also watch a old Disney movie once a week to help me relax and not put too much pressure on myself. As a composer and writer, I find the Disney classics a wonderful inspiration 🙂
It definitely is a great way to reset. Looking at a fun movie/tv show also helps a lot.
Great tips. Since I have a dog that needs to be walked regularly, I often take that option to clear my head and come back to the computer refreshed and ready to go!
That’s it Debra! Good way to go and thank you!
